Halloween

A strange, distanced Halloween this year saw the children "trick or treating" by gathering candy from neighbors who laid it on tables. John described it as "efficient." The twins attended a socially distanced bonfire with three friends. And Joe and I spent a quiet, lonely holiday evening on our own!

We did spend part of the day erecting a candy chute from an upstairs window. Although we didn't get a lot of traffic, we had a great time pelting little kids with kit kats when they came by.
