Friday night.
Mama:
"Hey kids, what should we do this weekend?"
Anna:
"Two baths, a nap, read books for as long as I want"
Julia:
"One bath, some naps, maybe eat a sandwich"
John:
"One bath, stay in my pajamas, play with my puppy and my teddy, paint."
Except for John, who was compelled by syrup to take two baths, pleased to say we accomplished all of these real-life weekend goals. And a few others. Perhaps kindergarden is burning us out?
