Pumpkin farm, continued

We are city kids, and as such, we were fascinated by the opportunity to climb in the hay barn.

John was, too.

He helped himself to a snack from the decorations.

We had a great time on the trike track. We didn't let a little thing like "not being able to reach the pedals" slow us down. Liam left us his his dust, and we still had a great time.

Pumpkin farm!

We made a trip to Beaver Dam to visit the Clearys, and while we were there, we got to go to the pumpkin farm!
Liam's pumpkin farm is absolutely our speed. Plenty of pumpkins, not too much graft.
When directed to stand by the sign and make a face, we were quick to comply.

Everyone enjoyed feeding the animals, especially John.

The big kids collaborated to feed the pygmy goats.

Our Daddy's friend Dr. Weisenthal brought us these presents from Seattle.

They are super comfortable and very cute... even though we are difficult to photograph nowadays.

Walk in the sun

Yesterday was our Mama's birthday. We ran some errands with her, and on our way home, we stopped for a walk through the Burnham Prairie. It was a beautiful day.

Beyond beautiful, in fact.

Aren't we beautiful girls, too? Our Mama thought it was a good birthday.

Berrien County Fair, continued

We also saw llamas and alpacas.

And we saw sheep and goats and cows and rabbits and flowers and fruit and vegetables and corndogs

We had a good time in the Maternal-child barn as well.

We recently took a trip to Potato Creek State Park, and while we were there, we spent a lovely day at the Berrien County Youth Fair.
Here we are with our Gramee and some prize-winning poultry.

Haircuts

As mentioned, we went for haircuts on Tuesday.
Here we are in the yard, casually posing for pre-haircut pictures. John looks especially relaxed.

And here we are after! Adorable.

The sisters had to take pictures to put on our cubbies at school. Our Mama cannot believe we are ready for school already. Cubbies?? So soon?
