Ravenswood Run

We practiced hard

so we were ready this morning for the Ravenswood Run.  Mama had to run three miles, but it was a fifty-yard dash for us.  

Ready?

Go!

Good running, everyone!

John ran with the four year old boys. 

And the girls dashed with their age group.  Everyone walked away with a medal and a clif bar. 

And later there were doughnuts.  

Worms

We found this awesome piece of bark with worms underneath at the arboretum today.

It was good for twenty solid minutes.

Easter

For the first time ever, in the history of fire-and-ice Easter, there was more fire than ice.  

 In fact, it was a beautiful day at Promontory Point.  Perfect for potluck Easter dinner and a bonfire.  

 We met some friends and neighbors and stayed all day.

Ending our day more than just a little grubby.
