Little dancers

While we have the same unique sense of rhythm as most children our age, we have above average ballet skills.

When Grandma Linda was here last week, we took the opportunity to put on our dance pajamas and show off!

Big sisters!

Anna has technically been a big sister for nearly two years, and she is excellent at it. But why does Julia have a brand-new big sister shirt?

Our Mama keeps talking about a little brother or little sister due to arrive this summer... does anyone know what she's talking about?

Skymall refugee

Julia does not like being interrupted by the camera when she is reading her catalog.

It reminded our Mama of this Afghan refugee.

What did you bring me?

Last weekend we went on vacation to Gramee's house so our Mama and Da could go on vacation to Las Vegas. They say they spent a lot of time thinking about what present they could bring us, but somehow we seem young for personalized dice.

Instead, we were delighted to each get a copy of Skymall catalog, which is surprisingly chock full of pictures of dogs and cats.

Spoiler alert: Page 64 has pictures of a dog, a cat and a baby. That, for us, is the magazine trifecta.

Chicago Children's Museum

We went to the Children's Museum this weekend with both our Mama and our Daddy. We have surprisingly long attention spans for not-quite-2-year-olds; we spent almost all our time in one room. Of course, that was the room with the grocery, the kitchen, the bus, and the nifty slide.

Our Daddy said this wasn't really a slide, but we know better.

We have been watching a bit too much luge.

We played and played in the grocery store and the attached kitchen. Other kids came and went and we cooked and shopped.

Julia especially enjoyed getting to drive the bus.

We had such a nice time!
